Analyze Your Feed Performance with BlogPerfume Feed Analysis Generator

Written by Pavs on March 18th, 2008

Blog Perfume provides a very useful RSS feed analyzing tool to keep a tab on your feed increase which is visually appealing unlike the ones provided by feedburner themselves. The analysis provides information about your monthly subscription, showing new and old subscription count in different colored columns.

It show daily hits, views and subscription counts with mouse rollovers.

And finally weekly subscription count as pie charts.

Apart from these information it tells you how much 1 banner ad will cost in your blog, and how much your blog is worth based on your subscription rate.

It also gives you an estimated subscription count 3-6-12 months from now based on your current month’s increase rate.

All this information are very useful and worth a look. To get your feed analyzed just go to blogperfume feed analysis page: http://www.blogperfume.com/feed-analysis/ and put your feedburner feed link at the bottom of the page. Or you could save this permanent link:

Set Your Goals Straight with Joe’s Goal

Written by Pavs on February 12th, 2008

Joe’s Goal was one of the breakthrough GTD online service of 2007. With recent improvements include fully Ajax implementation, printable tracker, customizable display option; Joe’s Goal is all set to give similar commercial GTD applications a run for their money. Ian Smith (the developer) writes about his inspiration behind JG:

Inspired somewhat by Benjamin Franklins 13 Virtues, I built Joe’s Goals to make it stupidly simple to create, track, and share your personal goals. It is a productivity application that is actually easy enough to use.Joe’s Goals uses Yahoo’s Java script Library, the FamFamFam free icon library, Tango Icon Library, Spiffy Corners, Mysql, and ColdFusion. The blog uses Wordpress and a theme designed by In My Pad.

The service itself is free, but with paltry $12 a month you can use the service ad free. Which is not really an issue because there is only one banner ad on top. This $12 is more like a donation which I am more than happy to pay for such a good free application.

My JG Setup:

Most notable options includes, Adding Negative/positive goals:

Setting up log books:
